WALNUT TOFFO

Ingredients: Walnuts    1 cup Condensed Milk 1 tin Cream 2 packets Pine Apple 1 tin Marie Biscuits 1 roll Method: Place the tin of condensed milk in a pan full of water. Let it boil for five hours on a medium heat. let it cool.  In a dish, spread small chunks of pineapple, Marie biscuits, and walnuts. Beat cream and mix condensed milk in it. Now pour this mixture on the dish. Do the topping with pineapple chunk or walnuts, cover it for better result place it in the refrigerator for few hour before serving. :)

CHINESE RICE

Ingredients: Rice                      2 glass Boiled chicken         1cup (cut it into small cubes) Boiled eggs              2 Carrot                     3 Capsicum               3 Peas                       1 cup Cabbage                  1small Salt                          to taste Black pepper          to taste Chinese salt              to taste Lemon juice            1tasp Vinegar                    4tbsp Soya sauce              4tbsp Cooking oil              6tbsp    Method: ·        First boil rice into a larger container. Add salt and Chinese salt in it. ·        Boil vegetables (carrot, peas and potato). ·        Now cut all vegetables into a small cube shaped pieces. ·        Add 4tbsp of oil in a frying pan and heat it.
