Simple Vegetable Salad



Cucumber 1
Potato 2boiled (medium size)
Tomato2 (medium size)
Carrot 1
Onion 1 medium size
Egg 2 (boiled)
Apple 1(medium size)
Lemon 2
Mint 2tbsp (chopped)
Peas ½ cup (boiled)
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Tomato ketchup 2tbsp     
Method:
·       Cut all vegetables into small pieces.
·       Take a bowl and add all vegetables in it. Add salt, black pepper, mint, and lemon juice and tomato ketchup. Mix it well.
·       Garnish it with salad leaves and serve it. :):
